The Bosch Holdings group of companies have followed through on their commitment to LIV Village through supporting LIV Business in the founding of LIV Labels. Bosch Capital was integrally involved in the negotiations, financial modelling and structuring of the new business on behalf of LIV Business, while the Bosch Holdings Enterprise Development commitment secured the financial responsibilities of LIV Business as a shareholder in the new labelling company.
LIV Labels is majority owned by LIV Business and has made quick work of capturing market share since their inception in July 2015. The new self-adhesive label manufacturing business offers customers the latest technology in flexographic printing and is able to meet the requirements of various industries, from blank labels to more complex colour labels. The company has secured notable orders from Grafton & Everest as well as from Jonsson’s Workwear, in addition to targeting large retailers, butcheries, manufacturers and logistics companies.
The clients of LIV Labels benefit by receiving a high quality product at competitive prices and maximum procurement spend recognition. However, perhaps most importantly, the clients of LIV Labels are contributing to the sustainability of LIV Village through the profit generated by LIV Labels and an upliftment of the local community through job creation.
Rodney noted, “It has been an absolute pleasure working with Bosch. Their team has been very helpful and proactive in making sure Bosch’s Enterprise Development spend has been used in the most efficient and effective way.” Bosch remains committed to LIV Village and looks forward to a long relationship.
