The Bosch Projects Board is privileged to have signed on two non-executive directors, as from 1 March 2017.
Ms Viloshnee Singh brings on board extensive technical experience from Goldfields Mining and Anglo Vaal laboratories in South Africa, where she spent time on analysis of minerals in both the laboratory and on site. Thereafter she moved in to business unit management for MINTEK where she developed skills in business development and strategy, project management, and human capital development. The experience there then launched her into taking up a role in sales and business development, for a minerals business whose vision was to expand its trade and operations into Africa.
Ms Singh is a qualified geologist with an MSc degree from UKZN, and an MBL from UNISA. As of 2015, she runs V4 Consulting, whose core business provides advisory and strategy support to business enterprises wanting to expand from South Africa to further afield on the African continent.
Mr Ebrahim Takolia is currently Chief Strategy Officer of Monetizing Gas Africa. He has significant global experience in the formation of viable businesses and IPOs in the resources and energy sector. During his early career days in Anglo Vaal mining, he was responsible for legal and financial due diligence in African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and in SRK consulting. Later he was scouted for Deloitte, where his skills were key to the technical due-diligence in creation of the subsidiary Venmyn Deloitte. His experience includes feasibility studies, due diligence, project management, financial modelling and in engineering consulting. Mr Takolia holds a Bachelor of Economic Science the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from Henley Management College.
We look forward to the value they will bring to strategic direction and good governance of Bosch Projects.
