  • Construction Monitoring (Supervision); and Commissioning and Handover.

Project Scope: The Ibhayi Phase 54 expansion formed part of the AB-InBev Africa Zone 10% Growth Strategy. The project entailed Installation of the Bulk RGB Packaging line; Extension of the packaging hall; Installation of 3 bright beer tanks; and Integration and utilities supply. Bosch Projects role included piping design and review for all utilities supplied to the pack hall and within the beer processing areas, operational readiness equipment design as well as structural engineering services pertaining to quality control. Bosch Projects role through a dedicated project manager also included the installation co-ordination for all components. This formed part of a coordinated multidisciplinary effort with other consultants and contractors.
