Our Bosch Projects team played a key role as part of a consortium dedicated to upgrading the infrastructure of 12 buildings across three campuses of Walter Sisulu University in the Eastern Cape. This project not only enhanced the learning environment but also supports the growth of education in the region. One of the standout features of this project is the new lecture venue which was designed and constructed at the Ibika campus in Butterworth. Our comprehensive scope included civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works, demonstrating our commitment to delivering integrated solutions.
The new double-storey reinforced concrete-framed structure features:

• A 330-seat auditorium designed for engaging learning experiences,
• A welcoming foyer/reception area,
• Two double-storey wings dedicated to cutting-edge laboratories and lecture rooms, and
• Office and additional lecture spaces on the first floor, fostering collaboration and innovation.

We are proud of the impact this project will have on the students and faculty at Walter Sisulu University, providing them with state-of-the-art facilities that inspire and facilitate learning.
